Architecture

Floors

Building services
The building currently still has an oil-fired central heating system. There are plans to connect it to a CO2-neutral district heating system in 2026. The photovoltaic system on the roof has an area of more than 1,000 m². The building also has an emergency generator. Protection from the sun is provided on all floors by sun blinds. Each floor is equipped with cooling ceilings connected to three cooling machines. The total volume of air in the areas is replaced 3–5 times per hour. And an ionisation system ensures clean air. The toilets are flushed with rainwater.
Fit-out
The available units in the first three upper floors are spread out over half of the total floor space and present themselves as bright, airy rooms with contemporary fittings.
