Architecture
The basic form of this multifunctional building is a rectangle, although the rear part has a stepped shape and the front part has a U-shaped cutout. Depending on the spatial depth of the various parts of the building, individual or multi-person offices can be set up. The fact there are almost no load-bearing interior walls makes flexible use easy. The spaces can therefore be partitioned in any way you choose.
Floors
The building consists of two basement floors, a ground floor and three upper floors. The top floor boasts a roof terrace. The main entrance is between the wings of the front, U-shaped part of the building. The upper floors and basements with the garage spaces, storerooms and the building services installations are accessible via the central staircase and other entrances and side staircases. At the rear of the building are a goods lift and a loading ramp.
Building services
The first and third floors have an air-conditioning system. The other floors have individual air-conditioned rooms. The rest of the ventilation concept is based on natural ventilation through windows that can be individually opened. Windowless rooms such as toilets etc. have conventional ventilation systems. If you would like more air conditioning, this can of course be installed.
Fit-out
The usable areas are let as standard with the already existing extensions and room partitions. You can also refit the building according to your own plans and operational needs. The rooms are partitioned with a flexible wall system. You can choose your own floor coverings and other materials within the usual scope. The office floors feature a double floor in which the IT cables, power lines etc. can be routed in line with your workplace concept. The installations can be adapted quickly, flexibly and cheaply if you rearrange your office later. Basic lighting is installed in the sound-absorbent ceiling.
