The impressive design of the facade at the Esplanade Kongresshaus 15 draws its inspiration from the urban continuation of the neighboring building complex east of the Centre Esplanade. The arcade running along the building adds a distinctive charm to the development. The building serves as a connecting element to the adjacent property at Alexander-Schöni-Strasse 24 / Gartenstrasse 34. The entire ensemble is a perimeter block development with an inner courtyard.

The building is home to the 4-star Courtyard by Marriott hotel with a total of 104 rooms and suites. The rooms are modernly furnished and offer a high level of comfort. The heart of the hotel is located on the entrance level: a bar and a restaurant with excellent cuisine for the best hours of the day in a luxurious atmosphere.
