Welcome to Centre Esplanade
Located in the heart of Biel, Centre Esplanade is our newest self-developed building complex. Next to a group of existing buildings, several new constructions have been added to the site. Architecture
The impressive facade design of the Esplanade Kongresshaus 1 - 11 section draws its inspiration from the urban continuation of the neighboring building complex eastwards of the Centre Esplanade. With its distinctive and elegant appearance featuring diamond-shaped balconies, this row of buildings makes a confident statement toward the Place de l’Esplanade and marks the entrance to the Centre Esplanade. The arcade running along the building exudes a unique charm.
Floors
The ground floor and first floor are designed as open-plan skeleton structures, ideal for service and commercial use. The rental space can be flexibly subdivided as needed. In addition to the main stairwells, the two floors can also be connected via an internal staircase – enabling the creation of an urban, loft-style and vibrant commercial space with metropolitan flair.
The four upper floors accommodate 60 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, available in a variety of sizes and layouts. Each apartment features either a balcony or a loggia. A highlight are the duplex apartments on the top floors, offering a true penthouse feeling.
Building services
The commercial spaces on the ground and upper floors are equipped with ventilation and cooling connections. Cooling is provided via floor-integrated convectors. The entire development is connected to the district heating and cooling network, enabling sustainable and environmentally friendly energy use. In the apartments, underfloor heating with individual room control ensures efficient heat distribution. The photovoltaic system installed on the roof makes a significant contribution to environmental protection and sustainable energy production.
Fit-Out
The commercial spaces are rentet our in shell condition, allowing each unit to be designed and fitted out individually and freely. New fit-outs can be configured using a flexible partition wall system. Floor coverings and other materials can be selected by our clients within the usual framework.
The apartment interiors are modern, featuring high-quality natural materials such as oak wood, complemented by subtle natural tones on walls and built-in elements. Each apartment is equipped with its own wash tower, and the kitchens meet a high standard of finish. All apartments include either a private balcony or a loggia. Depending on the size, they offer one or two bathrooms, finished with high-quality porcelain stoneware tiles.
