Architecture

This ensemble from 1970 is a typical skeleton frame construction. The seven-story building at Zentralstrasse 63/c runs parallel to Zentralstrasse and links Alexander-Schöni-Strasse 8/10 with Esplanade Kongresshaus 1–11. Adjacent to it are the five-story buildings at Alexander-Schöni-Strasse 12/14/16. The entire complex was extensively renovated between 2011 and 2015 and now meets modern standards.

The skeleton frame construction allows completely flexible floor plans and layout possibilities in all three buildings.

Building services

Cooling is provided via perimeter convectors, while heating is supplied by a gas boiler system. Each building section has its own technical center. A photovoltaic system installed on the roof contributes significantly to sustainability and energy efficiency

Fit-Out

The property is used for mixed commercial and office purposes. The flexible partition wall system gives tenants the freedom to design the layout according to their needs. Flooring and finishes can be selected within the standard fit-out options.
