This striking residential and commercial building, which has been extended on one side, is part of a historic row of houses on Karlihofplatz. The original structure is over 200 years old. In 1979, the four-storey old town building underwent a complete renovation, during which it was largely hollowed out and redesigned. Today, the building is used with a shop on the ground floor, office space on the first and second floors and maisonnettes on the third and attic floors.
