Architecture

Floors

This office building consists of three basement floors, a ground floor and six upper floors, including a terrace on the sixth floor. The main entrance is on the raised ground floor and has barrier-free access. The upper floors and the basement are accessible via a passenger and goods lift. All floors are connected by a winder staircase that has been painstakingly restored with great attention to detail and comprises the architectural highlight of the building. The usable areaof the basements is 831m², that of the ground floor is 346m², the upper floors are 440m² each and the sixth floor is 232m². On the first basement floor there are shower rooms and toilet for shared use. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump. Building services installations and systems are state of the art in terms of energy consumption, cost-effectiveness and maintenance. The usable areas will be refitted according to your own plans and operational needs. You can choose your own floor coverings and other materials within the usual scope.
