This striking residential and commercial building, which has been extended on both sides, is part of a historic row of houses in a busy pedestrian-friendly area in Chur's Old Town. Directly neighbouring Chur's historic town hall, the building was completely rebuilt in 1998.

On the ground floor of the building there are two shops, while the first floor is given over to office space. The second and third floors and the attic contain spacious flats, some of which are laid out as maisonettes.
