Architecture

This architecturally outstanding commercial building consists of three separate, independent buildings encased in a striking glass shell. The connecting area between the structures is ideal for use as a place to meet up and an oasis of relaxation, forming the spacious atrium in the middle of the building. Because of the fully glazed exterior walls and roof, there is full transparency, with all areas bright and flooded with light.

Floors

This impressive property consists of two basement floors, a ground floor and six upper floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor. The upper and basement floors are accessible via lift systems and staircases. An auditorium with 70 seats and a range of meeting and training rooms with 4–20 seats complete this office building.

Building services

The building features a high standard of technical facilities. The forced ventilation, together with floor convectors, provides heating in the building and controls air-conditioning with chilled canopy ceilings. The building currently still has an oil-fired central heating system. There are plans to connect it to a CO₂-neutral district heating system in 2026. The property also has access control with a badge system throughout. Sun protection is operated automatically on all floors by sun blinds.

Fit-out

The office areas are offered with the existing fittings. The space concept mainly features open-plan offices, but also has individual and multi-person offices, which can also be used as meeting rooms. The fittings and the textile floor coverings are in very good condition and are elegant and contemporary. The rooms can be partitioned in line with the operational needs of the tenant. The office floors are equipped with double ceilings in which the IT cables, power lines etc. can be laid out in line with your workplace concept. The installations can be adapted quickly, flexibly and cheaply if you rearrange your office later. The sound-absorbent ceiling is equipped with basic lighting.
