Architecture

The forced ventilation, together with floor convectors, provides heating in the building and controls air-conditioning with chilled canopy ceilings. The building currently still has an oil-fired central heating system. There are plans to connect it to a CO2-neutral district heating system in 2026. The property also has access control with a badge system throughout. Sun protection is operated automatically on all floors by sun blinds.
