Architecture

The basic form of this office building is a narrow rectangle. Thanks to their low spatial depth and their many windows, the five upper floors of this property enable both individual and open-plan offices to be set up. There are no load-bearing walls in the interior. Two rows of ferroconcrete columns serve as load-bearing elements. The commercial/warehouse building Sägereistrasse 35 is attached to this property.

Floors

The building consists of a basement, a ground floor and five upper floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor. The upper floors and the basements with various storage rooms and the building services installations are accessible via the central staircase and an additional staircase, plus a total of three passenger lifts.

Building services

The property is fully ventilated and air-conditioned with ceiling panels. Windowless rooms such as toilets etc. have conventional ventilation systems. The attached industrial building, in which a large data centre has been run for several years, is also air-conditioned according to the special requirements.

Fit-out

The usable areas will be refitted according to your own plans and operational needs. The rooms are partitioned with a flexible wall system. You can choose your own floor coverings and other materials within the usual scope.
