Architecture
The bearing structure of this commercial building is a mixture of skeleton and solid construction. It consists of two solid staircase cores and one supporting structure. This allows unrestricted room partitioning and extremely flexible use of the space. The facade is covered in metal cladding that lends the building an industrial character. A large, tall warehouse is also available on the south facade of the building.
Floors
The property consists of a basement, a ground floor and three upper floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor. The upper floors, basements, various storerooms and the building services facilities are accessible via a staircase and a passenger lift. In addition, the building has an emergency staircase and a goods lift which can be used from the ground floor.
Building services
The property has been developed with practicality in mind. The ventilation concept is based on natural ventilation through windows that can be individually opened. Windowless rooms such as toilets etc. have conventional ventilation systems. If you would like air conditioning, this can of course be installed.
Fit-out
The usable areas are let as standard with the already existing installations and room partitions. The different rental areas are presented with installations of varying standards. It is possible to make individual modifications to the installations and room partitions. We are prepared to fit these out anew, depending on the term of the lease and the area rented. In this event, the costs will be added to the rent.
